We offer a comprehensive range of different battery chargers, which,
on principle, all fulfil the high requirements of the automotive industry. They are suitable
for all battery types, offer 100% on-board safety and can be used both as a charger and as
an external power supply.

Our battery chargers are supplied with standard
charge clips. Generally these suffice. In some vehicles, however, the battery
is installed so that it is inaccessible - charging is effected via charge contacts
within the engine bay. Or, within the production line, the battery is to be charged
while the bonnet is closed. In such cases "special contacts" are required.
Sickert & Hafner develops and produces special contacts that are tailored precisely to
the respective vehicle types. Here, function plays a role as well as ergonomics. Special
contacts are also used if the connection to the battery is to be effected with only one
hand.
Distribution boxes
Distribution boxes enable the simultaneous charging of up to four batteries with a single
charger. In so doing, the charge is optimised via an intelligent control so that the batteries
are alternatively charged and as rapidly as possible. This solution is of particular interest
where batteries are recharged outside the vehicle (e.g. CKD production or workshops).
Advantage: significantly fewer chargers and less operation is required.
